Mixed Media House Artwork
Home is where the heart is. What does home mean to you? This original painting is an exploration of the lives lived in these sacred spaces.
This is a mixed media collage painting which means simply that I’ve used many different mediums to create it, such as acrylic paint, watercolor paint, ink, pencils and hand painted papers.
The many windowed house lets you peek inside to see vibrant colors, some with plants and flowers. The outside of the house is a blush color with a tiled mansard roof. Below the house, the earth is alive with leaves and flowers with a backdrop of blue sky and puffy clouds.
Canvas measures 8 x 8″ with 3/4″ sides
The sides are painted – no need for a frame
