Welcome to Messy Bed Studio!
MBS is a one woman show. This means that my two hands are involved in every step from design and creation to packaging for delivery and answering emails. Each step is filled with love and thoughtful care.
Orders:
-Payments are securely processed through PayPal where you can use all major credit cards.
-Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
-Most items are shipped within 3 – 5 business days. Custom items will take longer.
-Once your item is in the mail, I will send an email letting you know. Packages generally arrive in 7 business days
Customization:
-Feel free to contact me about a custom order, if you need help ordering or have questions about how you can customize an item.
-Some items are designed to be customized. Follow the directions outlined in the product description and write your preferences in the “Notes to Messy Bed Studio?” section during checkout
-Click the “Custom Order” button to contact me about personalizing a specific product to your specifications
Shipping:
-I will ship to your Billing Address, unless you specify a different Shipping Address.
-All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail.
-All orders are carefully packaged. I will occasionally use recycled packing materials when possible and appropriate.
-MBS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns:
I hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but if for some reason you aren’t, please email me at messybedstudio@gmail.com
-I accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
-Contact me before sending an item back, I will not give refunds for items returned without notice.
-Your refund will be given when the item is delivered back to me. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
-Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-There are no returns on custom orders.
Special circumstances will be handled individually.
Please know that colors may vary as all monitor screens are different. I do my best to describe items as well as possible, however, if you are unsure about something, contact me before purchasing so I can help clear things up.
