Inner Constellations – Worth

A vintage 1912 book cover (Tennyson) is used as a canvas. On the inside of the cover are the penciled in notes from a long ago student. A constellation is arranged from vintage faux pearls, still partially strung and then stitched with vintage thread to hand made paper. They form, what I call, an Inner Constellation. I imagine them as beacons that show the way in an inner landscape. This is the third of a series and I call it Worth.

Book cover is 5 3/4 x 4 1/4″ and is left unfinished so you can feel the texture of the book, paper, pearls, thread and string. Signed on the back.
