Messy Bed Studio (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for it’s users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal Information that you voluntarily submit when making a purchase or signing up for an account can include your email, address, first and last name, phone number, and payment information such as credit card numbers.

To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information. However, to make an account or to make a purchase you will be required to submit Personal Information to complete your order and set up your account. We share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to purchase shipping labels, and a credit card processing company to process payments by users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

Personal Information:

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties except when required by law, to prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringement, identity theft, to protect our rights, and in cases of other illegal activities and misuse of the Services. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as with the servers that host our email communications, payment processing and other vendors who help facilitate the Company’s orders and Services.
